Cascade Blonde
Brewed with a blend of barley and wheat malts, Blonde is then hopped to give a light bitterness and citrus note. This clean easy drinking blend is an ideal refreshing beer for a summer’s afternoon. Alc. 4.8%
With a soft mouth feel, this pale straw coloured lager works well with seafood, summer salads and tropical fruits. Just imagine an empty Tasmanian beach and a plate of seared Spring Bay Scallops drizzled with a lemon and dill mayonnaise, perfectly complementing the citrus Cascade hops of a cool Blonde.

Cascade Pale Ale
“Pale!” A familiar and devoted call since the brewery’s humble beginnings. A big, bold and refreshing beer with a full malt body and a clean hop finish. It’s certainly ‘Pale’ by name only. Alc 5.0%
A favourite for those who love a bit of spice. The perfect foil to the chilli and lime of a Mexican ceviche of Tasmanian Tassal Atlantic Salmon. A versatile beer it’s great with all food

Cascade Draught
Cascade Draught is a high malt, full bodied beer with the crisp fresh hop character of locally grown Pride of Ringwood hops. Crystal malt adds to the pleasant taste of this easy drinking, traditional Tasmanian beer, another of the Cascade family of fine beers. Alc. 4.8%
Try with Tempura battered Flathead Fillets and a Lemon Mayo or match back to a dish with crisp clean flavours such as an Asian Beef Salad.

Cascade Premium Lager
Cascade Premium Lager combines traditional brewing skills and pure water with superior barley, malt and hops. A longer than usual maturation ensures a smoother, crisper finish. The result is a clean, full flavoured beer of exceptional quality and taste. Alc. 5.2%
Cascade Premium’s unique spicy hop character matches well with peppery and Mediterranean inspired dishes. A great match to Southern Calamari from the pristine cool waters of Southern Tasmania lightly dusted with bush spices and Tasmanian Mountain Pepper.

Cascade First Harvest
Once a year, at the first harvest of hops in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, we hand select the best of the hops, to brew a single batch of super fresh premium beer. Making use of newly developed Guy Fawkes, Mill Line and Strickland Falls hop varieties; this year’s brew has strong bitterness featuring a fresh green fruity palate toward the end.
Best enjoyed with a spicy dish like Lamb curry or even a spicy seafood chowder. Alc. 5.5%

Cascade Stout
Deep and rich in colour, Stout has a slightly nutty roasted flavour and chocolate characteristics, with a smooth and creamy body and a pleasantly bitter after taste. Alc.5.8%
Stout has traditionally been the province of big meat flavours, rich demis and winter pies – not any more we say bring on dessert! Chocolate mud cake, Black forest cake or for something different try a Tasmanian leatherwood honey baked cheesecake. Cascade Stouts deep, rich, roasted flavours and slightly drier palate is ideal to contrast the sweetness of the dessert.
