Cascade Draught Cascade Draught is a high malt, full bodied beer with the crisp fresh hop character of locally grown Pride of Ringwood hops. Crystal malt adds to the pleasant taste of this easy drinking, traditional Tasmanian beer, another of the Cascade family of fine beers. Alc. 4.8%
Try with Tempura battered Flathead Fillets and a Lemon Mayo or match back to a dish with crisp clean flavours such as an Asian Beef Salad.

Cascade Premium Lager Cascade Premium Lager combines traditional brewing skills and pure water with superior barley, malt and hops. A longer than usual maturation ensures a smoother, crisper finish. The result is a clean, full flavoured beer of exceptional quality and taste. Alc. 5.2%

Cascade First Harvest Once a year, at the first harvest of hops in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, we hand select the best of the hops, to brew a single batch of super fresh premium beer. Making use of newly developed Guy Fawkes, Mill Line and Strickland Falls hop varieties; this year’s brew has strong bitterness featuring a fresh green fruity palate toward the end.
Best enjoyed with a spicy dish like Lamb curry or even a spicy seafood chowder. Alc. 5.5%

Cascade Stout Deep and rich in colour, Stout has a slightly nutty roasted flavour and chocolate characteristics, with a smooth and creamy body and a pleasantly bitter after taste. Alc.5.8%
Stout has traditionally been the province of big meat flavours, rich demis and winter pies – not any more we say bring on dessert! Chocolate mud cake, Black forest cake or for something different try a Tasmanian leatherwood honey baked cheesecake. Cascade Stouts deep, rich, roasted flavours and slightly drier palate is ideal to contrast the sweetness of the dessert.
